Every day for the last month I have proactively stepped outside my comfort zone and I have experienced many blessings.  It is my intention to gracefully and joyfully step outside my comfort zone every day for at least one year.   I encourage you to step out of your comfort zone every day for at least 33-days and keep a journal of what you did, how you felt, what you learned, and what you experienced!  Please see  “2 Essential Guidelines to Create a New Habit” and “Intention Series: How to Create Powerful Intentions.”

“There is wisdom in turning as often as possible from the familiar to the unfamiliar: it keeps the mind nimble, it kills prejudice, and it fosters humor.”  George Santayana (1863-1952)

“To the degree we’re not living our dreams, our comfort zone, has more control of us than we have over ourselves.”  Peter McWilliams (1949-2000)

“All life is an experiment.  The more experiments you make the better.”  Ralph Waldo Emerson (1803-1882)

“All your dreams can come true if you have the courage to pursue them.”  Walt Disney (1901-1966)
