Thank you so much for bringing this forward!  It reminds me that there are so many ways we can try things on for size and see what works for us - walk alone, walk alone and focus on deep breathing, walk with others, walk in the country, walk in the city (maybe Paris!), etc..  Ah, so many options and opportunities!</description>

One of the things you forgot to mention is that by walking WITH someone, you get yourself separated from all the junk at work and home and can have a great conversation AND a fantastically relaxing walk.  For all the time we spend in the gym (and I am one of them), it is no wonder why Europeans live so long.   Why?  They walk every day.</description>
